What is Lucid Dreaming? Lucid dreaming is the practice of learning to become aware while you are dreaming that you are dreaming. The practice of lucid dreaming is known to have many physical and emotional health benefits as well as being great fun!
What is Dream Yoga? Dream Yoga on the other hand is a set of ancient Tibetan techniques used to facilitate deepened understanding and spiritual awakening. Practicing can create the opportunity for profound well being.
I have studied Lucid Dreaming and Dream Yoga with several teachers including B. Alan Wallace who has given me permission to teach this material. https://www.alanwallace.org
Format: Each recorded class is approximately 1 1/2 hours long We have one 15 to 20 minute meditation per class. Once you have purchased and watched this preliminary series, you are welcome to register and join our live ongoing Online Zoom Lucid Dream and Dream Yoga Class. These classes are held once month on a Saturday morning. This class format is similar to the on demand series with the addition of a student discussion group each month, making the classes around 2 hours long.
The ongoing class series, (the lecture and meditation portions) will also be recorded (everything but the students discussions) so if you miss one you have paid for you catch up at your own convenience.
There is no need to have any ability to lucid dream or even to remember your dreams before joining. Those techniques and skills will be taught in the class.
Like with anything, if you are interested and motivated, as you practice, you will keep improving.
Having a teacher to consult and fellow students learning with you helps too. Hope you can join us!
